HORRIBLE video shows the moment a boy is thrown from a spinning carnival carousel – allegedly after the lock on his seat failed.
Mark Fajardo, 13, was knocked unconscious and had a lung removed after slamming into a steel bar watched by sickened crowds.

Mark and his cousin took part in the Wave Swinger attraction during the Halloween celebrations in Urdaneta, Philippines on November 1st.
The boys were frightened and screamed and begged to get off, but staff “ignored” them, reports said.
Video footage shows the swing seats spreading almost horizontally as the ride accelerates.
Suddenly, Mark is thrown at high speed, hitting the steel frame of a nearby awning before collapsing to the ground as onlookers scream.
He suffered serious internal injuries and had to have a shattered lung removed, his family told local media.
They also claimed that fairground bosses tried to blame Mark for the accident and refused to admit the lock was broken.
Mother Marivic Fajardo said: “Doctors told me he had to be careful as he only had one lung now.
“I hope the operators don’t make up stories.
“They blame my son for removing the lock. Why would he do that when the ride was so fast?”
The wave swing attraction was closed while authorities investigated.
Police spokeswoman Maj Gen Ria Tacderan said: “Our problem now is to see if anyone is monitoring or checking the rides before they are used.”
He added that the fairgrounds are licensed and operating legally, but the license could be revoked if there are security breaches.
According to local reports, the fair organizers have since promised to pay Mark’s medical bills and other expenses.
In return, Ms Fajardo reportedly agreed not to sue her.
In September, at least 50 people, including children, were injured when a malfunctioning ride fell to the ground in India.
Britany Fernandez, 13, was filmed clinging to a spinning ride before being flung to her death in Honduras in August while being watched by her family.
And in July, a spinning swing carousel collapsed in Italy, injuring at least 10 children.
