The star continued, “To be clear, ‘infidelity’ is not one of the reasons for our departure.”

“We are still best friends, great business partners and a great team when it comes to raising our two wonderful children together.”

She went on to explain the reasons for their split, including: “Most importantly, we are a family and in our ten years together, seven of which were married, we have never played with it or about it.”

“We’re just keeping you all out of the group chat lol, which is why we were able to separate successfully and peacefully without all the outside noise.”

“The only reason I’m even sharing this part of the chat is because the narrative is getting a little out of hand and it’s unfair to everyone involved.”

Teyana concluded, “I hope this has given you all some clarity.”

“Okay, Aunt Tey will take you out of the chat again, bye!”

Many fans reacted in the comments section as one person wrote, “Sending so much love to your family.”

Another shared: “Love and respect to you both.”

Even actress Keke Palmer, who had her own relationship problems earlier this year, commented: “God bless you and your beautiful family with grace and class.”

Teyana and Iman married in 2016 and have two children together.
