SHOCKING details emerged of the Texas gunman who killed eight and injured seven in a gruesome massacre over the weekend.

A third neighbour, Moises, admitted the thought of living so close to the person suspected of being responsible for the deaths of nine people was “terrifying”.
“Just the thought of living a few doors down from someone who can can be a little scary and make you cautious,” Moises said.
She struggled to find an explanation for such an unimaginable tragedy.
“I don’t know why people would want to shoot innocent people for any reason,” she added.
According to reports, Garcia was a former army veteran and worked as a security guard. He had no significant criminal record.
