FOOTAGE captured the terrifying moment a woman snatches a little girl from a shopping cart in the one second her parents’ backs are turned.
The horror clip shows the woman casually strolling towards the baby while her parents glance into the supermarket freezer, lift her out of the shopping trolley and walk away.

The horrifying moment, every parent’s worst nightmare, happened in a South African supermarket and was captured on CCTV.
The heavily built woman, around 50, is seen walking calmly down the aisle in the frozen food department as if she were shopping.
But when she gets to the family’s stroller, she stretches out her arms for the toddler.
In just a second, the baby is picked up from under the arms and lifted out of the carriage into the “Motherly Snuggle”.
The woman, who was later arrested at the store along with an accomplice, then saunters off with the little girl.
Seconds later, the little girl’s parents, who are in their 20s, turn to put food in their shopping cart to see their daughter has been kidnapped and start screaming for help.
The quick-thinking dad sprints to the store entrance, tells the guards his baby has been kidnapped, and locks the doors.
Just as the doors slam, a woman approaches the distraught father and points out that his daughter is being carried by her friend – claiming it’s all a “joke”.
The parents – who have never met the two women before – desperately snatch their daughter back as security guards call the police.
Both women were arrested on suspicion of attempted kidnapping and taken to the police station, where they claimed they were “just fooling around”.
Police Colonel Priscilla Naidu said that after reviewing the CCTV footage, one of the women could be seen walking past the car and touching the baby on the head before walking away.
Ms Naidu said: “Within seconds another woman approached and in the blink of an eye grabbed the child and walked away when the parents were at the fridges.
“They had their backs to the car and the child was gone in a second, then the father turned and saw his baby was missing and ran to the door.
They said they were “just kidding”.

“As the guard closed the doors, the first woman pointed out to the father that the child was with the second suspect and said they were ‘just kidding’.
“Two women, aged 51 and 56, have been arrested while we investigate an alleged kidnapping.”
Naidu said the two women and the parents did not know each other.
The shocking clip comes just weeks after a similar snap was captured on CCTV at another South African supermarket.
A young mother turned when supermarket worker Mduduzi Tholeba approached, took her baby from the shopping trolley and quickly walked away.
However, the mother discovers Tholeba just in time and he is arrested on suspicion of kidnapping.
He appeared in court and was released on bail and suspended from the supermarket.
Videos of the twin attempted kidnappings have shocked South Africa in a crime-ridden nation where baby and child trafficking is now big business.
