TENNESSEE Titans patron Alvin “Bud” Dupree has been charged with assault after he was involved in an alleged melee at Walgreens that injured two employees.
Based on police, the controversy began after an employee started filming Dupree on his phone.
Police request NFL the star and several of her castmates had a verbal argument with the alleged victim, identified as 20-year-old Greg Butler.
The men then left the store, before re-entering and “grabbing the victim and his phone” before leaving the location, police said.
Another female victim, 21, was treated for a cut to her hand.
Upon arrival, police said Dupree and others believed to be involved had left.
“We are aware of the situation and are gathering more information,” Titans said in a statement Monday.
On Tuesday, the Titans pawnbroker was charged with misdemeanor assault and will have to register on citation in three weeks.
Dupree, 28, is entering his first season with the Titans after signing a five-year, $85 million deal after six seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He has scored 3 times in 10 games this season.
The Titans are scheduled to play the Houston Texans on Sunday before entering the post-season.
