Teenage mum Mackenzie McKee shocks fans as she reveals how much she weighs and shares what she eats to stay fit

MACKENZIE McKee has revealed her true height and weight.
The Teen Mom star told fans she’s proud of her tiny physique.

Mackenzie, who is a fitness instructor and runs workout groups, allowed fans to ask her anything on Instagram.
And ask if they did.
One fan bluntly asked, “How tall are you and how much do you weigh?”
The 28-year-old was neither offended nor offended by the question and admitted that she is 1.20 meters tall.


She further added, “I’m not very tall and I weigh between 105 and 110 (lbs).”
Another fan had a more complex question.
“How do you find the type of training that works for you?” asked the unnamed person. “I’m not a fan of the gym.”
Mackenzie gave a lengthy reply, explaining that people who want to get in shape don’t necessarily need an expensive gym membership.

“That will depend on your goals,” she said. “Are you trying to lose fat? Are you just trying to get active and get healthier? Are you trying to gain weight? Build muscle? Whatever your goal, you can achieve it at home.”
Her advice for people who just aren’t fans of working out is to find the fun of it.
“Search online for hip hop dance fitness classes,” she suggested. “Walk your dog. Ride your kids a bike.”
Or just grab some basic dumbbells.
“You can find so much online,” Mackenzie shared. “Find a good dumbbell workout.
“But like I said, it really depends on what your goal is and what you’re trying to achieve.”
FITNESS FANATIC
The mother of three has achieved her sporting goals.
Mackenzie recently made headlines for her Florida-based fitness class.
Back in September, the former Teen Mom OG conducted an exercise routine for willing participants under her Body By Mac brand.
For this session, the teen mom graduate wore a tight white shirt with her personal “Body by Mac” logo embroidered across the chest.
She kept a lucky prospect as she and the group battled the hot Florida sun.
Afterwards, she posted on Instagram: “Great workout, great performance! Thank you to everyone who came.”
SEPARATION ANXIETY
Mackenzie has focused on exercising since splitting from husband Josh McKee, 29.
However, fans are concerned she is overdoing it, especially after she revealed her significant weight loss in a worrying post on social media.
In early September, when she shared a throwback photo of herself in a bikini, she confessed that she had lost a significant amount of weight since the photo was taken.
“I weighed 112 [pounds] here. And weighs 103 [pounds] eat twice as much today,” shared Mackenzie.
“Don’t wreck your metabolism my friends,” added the former TV star.
Mackenzie often shares photos of her fit figure online, posing in swimwear and fitness attire.
Some fans believe Mackenzie’s infatuation with fitness and health came after she split from Josh.


In fact, according to her Body by Mac website, she was always up for a good workout.
“I’ve always had a passion for fitness,” she wrote on her website.
