Teenage mum Amber Portwood shares sad posts of ‘overthinking’ and ‘anxiety’ after ex Gary Shirley announced his huge weight loss
AMBER Portwood has given an indication of her mental state after revealing her ex and his partner’s huge achievement.
The “Teen Mom” star took a look at her Instagram Stories yesterday and shared videos about her feelings.

In the first post, Amber, 33, shared a sad edit of the viral Pink Windmill Kids video.
While the children introduced themselves by name in the original video, all children with different mental health problems were named in the edit.
One caption read: “All my problems pop up at once and ruin my day.”
The problems came on gradually and were: overthinking, anxiety, seasonal depression, work stress, and financial stress.
Shortly after, the MTV grad released another video in which she pointed out her struggles. The clip featured four characters sitting in a car, with the caption: “My brain every day.”
In the back seats were “four hours of sleep” and “caffeine” while “anxiety” drove the car.
In the passenger seat, a figure titled “I” sat somberly and was given a ride while the others sang and danced.
GARY’S NEW LIFE
Amber and her ex Gary Shirley, 36, share a 14-year-old daughter, Leah.

Gary wed his new wife Kristina, 36, who appeared often on Teen Mom OG after their November 2015 wedding.
She also helped care for Leah, who the MTV dad gained sole custody of in December 2011, and the couple also have eight-year-old daughter Emilee.
The duo recently shocked fans by flaunting their dramatic weight loss in new social media posts.
On Reddit, one fan commented: “Wow I didn’t know something like this existed but I’m glad to see it. Took them years!”
A second wrote: “Wow!! Gary has lost so much weight. i will always love her You seem to be great parents and people.”
Another gushed: “You both look amazing and are so healthy!!”
HARD TIMES
Earlier this month, Amber’s newer ex, Andrew Glennon, shared a very rare photo of her son James, prompting her to post a “sad” selfie of herself.
James, who turned five in May, resides in Malibu, California after Andrew obtained sole custody of their son and permission to relocate them from Indiana.
Amber has regular monthly visits with James, including sleepovers.
Andrew gained sole custody of James in July and has since moved with him to his mother’s $5 million estate in Malibu, more than 2,000 miles from Amber’s Indiana home.
Amber opened up about how she felt after losing custody in part two of the reunion special, Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, which aired in December 2022.
After a brief recap of the first season, Dr. Drew Amber: “So what do you think when you look at this?”
She replied: “Uhh, I’m just ready not to be here. I don’t want to deal with it now.”
Inquiring further, the host asked, “Wouldn’t you like to delve into the James thing?”
Amber bluntly replied, “All of that. All that. It was all terrible.”
