LOCKED
The “issues” that Nathan is “struggling with” and which may be the reason he hasn’t interacted with Kaiser in months are most likely related to his legal battles.
He was arrested in February and charged with assault by strangulation, The US Sun reported exclusively.
The Teen Mom graduate was handcuffed at 4:30 a.m. in Delray Beach, Fla.
Nathan is currently an inmate at the Palm Beach County Jail.
He appeared alert and unperturbed in his mug shot, which was uploaded to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Inmates page.
Accordingly TMZOfficers received a 911 call from Nathan’s brother-in-law, William, who claimed the former reality star had “lost his composure,” choked an unnamed woman and dragged her up the stairs.
When officers arrived at the scene, Nathan allegedly claimed that there was no fight and that any scratches on his body were from sex.
However, the woman reportedly claimed that Nathan had become physically violent towards her.
Jenelle is not believed to be the victim as the couple split back in 2015.
Nathan lives in Florida with his new wife May Oyola, 38.
The couple wed in a secret wedding in Miami in spring 2022.
‘I’M AFRAID’
This isn’t the first time Nathan has gotten in trouble with the law.
Nathan was accused of stalking, threats of violence and verbal abuse in the summer of 2020.
At the time, The US Sun exclusively reported that an unnamed woman had issued a restraining order against Nathan, which was only granted for one year.
The woman shared how she met Nathan, 32, at a lounge in Florida in August 2018 and had bumped into him multiple times since they first met.
In March 2020, Nathan allegedly began “unsolicited, unwelcome contact,” including appearing at her home “uninvited, unannounced, belligerent, intoxicated” and “refusing to leave the house when asked to do so,” court documents said .
In the petition, she claimed he sent her “unsolicited text messages” through social media accounts and came to her house after being told multiple times “not to do that.”
In an alleged incident in April 2020, the girlfriend claimed the reality star came to her house after she told him not to do it three times.
She called police about trespassing and was ordered by an officer to issue a restraining order because the report claimed, “There was no crime.”

At that time, an interim order to protect against stalking was issued.
In 2015, Nathan was also arrested for domestic violence in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
