Teenage mom Jenelle Evans is concerned about the heartbreaking reason her family isn’t celebrating Ensley’s 6th birthday

Ensley Eason couldn’t celebrate her special day.

In an Instagram story, Jennelle, 31, shared a throwback photo of herself and her daughter skiing last year.

Although the little girl was smiling broadly on the runway, she apparently felt very different on Tuesday.

Over the snap, Jenelle explained, “For those who ask, yes it’s Ensley’s birthday.

“I haven’t posted anything about it because she’s not feeling great.

“We’re celebrating tomorrow.”

Instead, the family celebrated in low spirits, enjoying birthday cupcakes.

Fans online wished the birthday boy healing vibrations.

“Happy birthday Ensley,” one person shared. “I hope you’re having a better day than last year and your parents aren’t forcing you to go out sick.”

Another added: “This is just awful. I’m really sorry you had this experience.”

While a third wrote: “Hope she’s having a peaceful cake day.”

In a separate Facebook post, Jenelle was a little more festive.

“To the sassiest and sweetest girl I know,” she shared. “#HappyBirthday to Ensley! My youngest baby turned 6 today!”

FEEL FIVE

Ensley’s big day is usually celebrated with a lot of fanfare.

Last year, Jenelle and husband David Eason took Ensley to a toy store to choose their gifts.

They then followed this up with a special dinner at The Melting Pot.

In a video she posted online, Jenelle shared snippets from throughout the day — from Ensley getting ready in the bathroom to choosing her outfit and going out with her family.

She wrote in the caption: “Ensley turned 5 this week! Find out what we did to celebrate her birthday with the whole family.

“We had a great time and the dinner was amazing!”

FOUR THE WIN

A year earlier, her family celebrated the child’s fourth birthday with a pink party.

The former Teen Mom star posted a sentimental photo with her daughter during the celebration, in which they sat at the table setting with a bright pink and blue cake.

The mother-of-three smiled with her little one, who wore a giant pink bow on her head to match the party’s theme.

Jenelle captioned the photo: “Whoa… Just like that 4 years has passed! You are the naughtiest, most loving and passionate little girl I know. Never change the way you are! 👧🏻🎀🥳 #HappyBirthday Ensley! @ensleyjolie.”
