TEEN’s mom Farrah Abraham reveals she’s checking into rehab for 28 days to help cope with the “trauma” she endured after her arrest earlier this year
The MTV the star has been public about her mental health struggles, admitting that she had “suicidal thoughts” after being arrested for allegedly “slapping a security guard” outside a restaurant.
Farrah, 30, talks about her treatment plan to take care of her health and the “difficulty” she’s been through since the incident. Ashley’s Reality Wheel.
She told the publication: “I look forward to sharing that journey with others and I hope there are fewer taboos in taking care of your mental health as we are going through so much. trauma and hardship in our world right now.”
The treatment center is said to be located in Texas, where she will complete her month-long stay.
The arrest happened in January after Young mother The star got into a brawl with security at Grandmaster Records in Los Angeles, California.
A witness told TMZ that Farrah was asked to leave the venue after another individual allegedly assaulted the star and her friend Farrah refused to leave.
The situation then escalated when Farrah became aggressive and paramedics arrived on the scene.

Police were eventually called in to assist in the arrest of Farrah, although she was released soon after.
The next day, the young mother shared a video of herself lying on the ground in the middle of a fight.
The Teen mom OG Alum girl lying on her stomach in the clip, was hugged by a security guard and pushed her legs down.
Still shaken by the experience, Farrah went on to criticize the venue and their staff for creating “a disturbing and unsafe environment.”
She also called the incident “scary”, adding that she was “tired of people harassing me, holding me down, hurting me and lying about me and selling stuff to TMZ.”
FARRAH’S REQUEST
Farrah did not hold back word share her side of the story online, then shared an Instagram video of the arrest, writing: “I’ve had a very traumatic year and I don’t deserve to be attacked, bruisingmen above me, and battered. “
“As a single mom harassed, beaten and conspired against as a paying customer @grandmaster_recorders should fire their management and keep everyone who contributed to the attack 1 one out of three.”
She thanked the Hollywood police for “rescued” heradded: “I’ve realized that it’s no longer safe for women to eat out in their neighborhood.
“I look forward to my law degree and I look forward to the court. Justice will be served as always.”
‘After going out in public’
The meeting has since moved away from the TV star scarred when she stated that she was “afraid to go out in public” and confessed to TMZ that she was “moving out” from California in the meantime.
She also revealed that she has “no bodily function in the upper right” and is undergoing physiotherapy after images from the event showed her lying face down on the floor.
Farrah later confessed she hoped she wouldn’t need surgery because of her injuries.

The TV personality has also faced a barrage of backlash from critics over her upbringing of 13-year-old daughter Sophia.
Fans accuse the single mother of making her first child “grow up too fast” by allowing her to wear makeup, have fake nailsand put on an outfit that looks “too old” for her age.
She also received negative comments for letting the teen break through the wall on her birthday.
One fan said: “Dude she’s still a kid!”
Another fan commented: “Where is it legal for a 13 year old to get his nose pierced?! How irresponsible.”
A third person mentioned: “TOOOOO YOUNG. Someone save this girl.”
