Teen mum Ashley Jones shares rare pic with daughter Holly, 3, as star fears divorce from baby daddy Bar Smith

TEEN mom Ashley Jones has shared an adorable snap with her daughter, hailing the couple as a ‘duo’ amid divorce rumors circulate.

Ashley stood in side profile as she took the picture of the couple, wearing a plunging cream top and her hair and makeup done to perfection.

Dressed in a purple top and pink cardigan, Holly flashed a beaming smile as she rested her head on her mum’s shoulder.

Teenage mother Ashley added the simple caption, “Name a better duo ❤️.”

She limited comments on the post, but her followers were quick to hit the like button.

The TV personality has been candid about her marital struggles with Bar – even with the mother take off her wedding ring last year.

The couple the knot tied ahead of her appearance on Teen Mom Family Reunion, where Ashley opened up about their strained relationship.

Describing her struggles in a confessional, she said, “Right now my relationship with Bar is at a point where she needs some nurturing and if she doesn’t get that, she could fall apart.”

She voiced her concerns to her co-star Leah Messer and admitted it was her fears of divorce in the near future.

“I I don’t want to be like Kim Kardashian and be like ‘I feel like a loser’, like, I got married and divorced in 72 f***ing hours.

“Not really, I’ve been married a month, but I don’t want to get married and divorced in the same year.”

She continued in an interview, “I really want Bar and I to sit down with Coach B because I just want us to work on our communication.

“I don’t want to get divorced and make it final when I feel like there’s still hope.”

CHAT WITH THE DOC

The duo later in the episode had the opportunity to talk to Dr. to chat to Bryant.

Bar joked, “I feel like this is the hot seat.”

Immediately asked Dr. Bryant the duo: “What’s our relationship status?”

Ashley replied, “We don’t know,” while Bar said, “We’re married, but…” and trailed off.

The ‘Teen Mom’ star continued: “I just feel like we’re in a predicament. Obviously we’re married, but to me it doesn’t feel like what I thought marriage would feel like.”

She added: “I don’t know if I was expecting too much but I feel like before we got married everything seemed fine and once we signed the papers and got married I feel like that it is more serious. “

When asked what led to their rift, Ashley said, “I don’t need to hear good jobs anymore. I want to be able to say, look what I do, but my husband does X, Y and Z too.”

Bar confessed, “I need to achieve more for myself. Everything I’ve started excites me, I’m passionate, I always see the bigger picture, but I always find a reason to take my mind off it.”

BIRTHDAY CHILD

Earlier this month, Ashley gave hope that the couple was back on track when she shared photos and videos of Mario Kart Surprise Party which she threw for her husband at their home.

In a snap posted to her Instagram Stories, she showed off the new Oculus she gifted the birthday girl.

The clip was originally shared by Bar on his page as he gushed about the virtual reality game and joked that he was “off the mat for next year”.

The celebrations continued as the couple posed for a goofy picture with their 3-year-old daughter, who wore fake mustaches and Mario and Luigi paper hats from the video game.

She captioned the sweet post: “Party of Three is still a party. Happy Birthday @barikismith.”

The reality star then showed off more of her decorations from the bash, including her attempt at making a garland with a bunch of red balloons and a Mario Kart-themed production designer placed on the sliding glass doors.

Laughing at her portrayal in the caption, the mum-of-one wrote: “Obviously I can’t make balloon garland but I wanted to make something special for Bar. Holly and I decided to throw him a Mario party.”

Bar clearly appreciated the gesture as she snapped a photo of the 25-year-old sitting on the floor in front of the decorations admiring his expensive gift.
