TEEN Mom star Amber Portwood has sparked concern after she shared a photo of herself lying passed out in bed.
The 32-year-old posted a flashback of sleeping in what appeared to be a crib in a scene from reality show Marriage Boot Camp.

The caption above the image read, “My therapist: ‘How’s it going?’ Me:”
Amber shared the snap to Instagram on Thursday with the caption, “Can someone bring me a drinking cup?”
The Teen Mom OG star added the hashtag, “I’m staying in my crib.”
Her fans flooded the comments with their concerns, with one commenting: “Hold on…”
Another added: “Cheer up girls! You are doing great! Today is shit, tomorrow is another chance. You don’t have to feel good every day.”
“Some days are just NO. Take your time and try again. There are so many days in the year.”
The MTV star has raised concerns about her worrying behavior since losing custody of James – the son she shares with her ex Andrew Glennon.
She recently shared quotes about “being in bed all day” and having “intrusive negative thoughts.”

Andrew, meanwhile, recently shared a rare photo of James – who turned five on May 8.
The US Sun is exclusively able to publish the photo of the single dad smiling while behind him energetic James raises both arms.
Andrew, 38, shared the snap on his private social media.
James resides in Malibu, California after Andrew obtained sole custody of their son and permission to relocate them from Indiana.
Amber has regular monthly visits with James, including sleepovers.
As reported exclusively by The US Sun, James’ new life is very different from what it was before.
CUSTODY LOSS
James and Andrew moved to Malibu in August, shortly after an Indiana judge awarded him sole custody.
As the physical distance between Amber and her son has grown, she is making her visits with him a top priority, a source said.
“Amber is now on the full visits with James that the court set out for her in its final custody decision. She has him five days a month and her time with him alternates between California and Indiana.”
Another insider close to the teen mom said that when Amber isn’t with James, she frequently FaceTimes with him to bridge the gaps between visits.
“Amber has been trying really hard to make sure she stays in James’ life despite the distance. It’s tough for her but she’s making it work,” the source added.
Andrew gained sole custody of James in July and has since moved with him to his mother’s $5 million estate in Malibu — more than 2,000 miles from Amber’s Indiana home.
AMBER’S PAIN
Amber opened up about how she’s feeling since losing custody in the second part of the reunion special, Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, which aired in December 2022.
After a brief recap of the first season, Dr. Drew Amber: “So what do you think when you look at this?”
She replied: “Uhh, I’m just ready not to be here. I don’t want to deal with that now.”
The presenter asked, “Don’t you want to delve into the James thing?”
Amber bluntly replied, “All of that. All that. It was all terrible.”
Amber has been on MTV since giving birth to her now 14-year-old daughter Leah and ex-fiancé Gary Shirley on an episode of “16 and Pregnant” in 2009.
Her struggles with her mental health and addiction, as well as her stint in prison, were widely reported on the show.
More than 10 years ago, the star spent 17 months behind bars for drug offenses.
After her release in 2013, she struggled to stay sober, reconnect with her daughter, and continue her studies in college.
