Teen Mom star Mackenzie Edwards shares cryptic quote about “cutting people off” after ex-husband Ryan’s arrest

TEEN Mom star Mackenzie Edwards has shared a mysterious quote that suggests she may be ending some of her current relationships.

Mackenzie is dealing with a lot of stress and drama because of her ex-husband Ryan.

Ryan was arrested on February 10 and charged with molestation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and a proprietary infringement order.

This comes after Mackenzie called police about “domestic violence issues,” according to his affidavit accompanying the arrest.

Now it seems the Teen Mom star is done with all the drama in her life.

She posted a cryptic message on her Instagram story that dealt a powerful blow.

The message read, “Cutting people off and letting them live with the delusional story that suits them best is paramount.”

In one fell swoop, the MTV personality called anyone this targeted “delusional” and insisted she would kick them out of her life entirely.

RYAN SCANDAL

After his arrest on February 10, Ryan allegedly threatened his wife’s life in a sinister phone call before being arrested, authorities have exclusively told The US Sun.

The arrest affidavit, obtained exclusively by The US Sun, said police alleged Ryan threatened his wife in a phone call prior to the arrest.

According to the document, Mackenzie told authorities the couple had a “history of domestic violence issues.”

Mackenzie answered a call from Ryan and videotaped the conversation, which enabled her to provide authorities with two videos.

The officer wrote the “most menacing part of the video” in the affidavit.

Ryan said, according to court filings, “You’d better lie to the guys who come and ask you, they’ll come and ask you at work.”

Mackenzie replied: “What?”

He replied: “I’ll take the f**king a** whooping cough.”

Mackenzie then said, “Whose comes to my work?”

Ryan replied: “People at the club I f***ing joined on Friday.

“You know, it’s a big no-no to be married and have your wife disrespect you in that way, but I said I’d take the whooping because I didn’t want the outcome to be like that [unintelligible] for you, and that’s not fair.”

Ryan later said, “If you don’t tell me the truth now, God, you’re going to fucking regret it.”

Mackenzie shot back, “I don’t want to be with you.”

Ryan then said, “Yeah, I hear you, but you… look… I guess you didn’t hear me. What’s going to happen to you is going to be ugly.”

The narration continued through the officer, “She interpreted this as a legitimate threat to her life.”

BEHIND BARS

A statement was released by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 9.

Ryan was served with an Order of Protection and ordered to vacate the Tennessee home he shares with Mackenzie.

The next day, she went to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to report that her husband had posted the adult photo.

The statement continued: “While speaking to Mackenzie today, it was determined that Ryan had breached the Order of Protection by contacting her father on February 9, 2023 and advising him to let Mackenzie know that he was in the residence would be to get his things.

“During the investigation into the issue of the Order of Protection violation, the HCSO deputies learned that Ryan had an active harassment warrant issued by the Chattanooga Police Department.

“Mackenzie was listed as a victim in this incident. This arrest warrant was issued on February 8, 2023.”

When authorities went to her home to arrest Ryan, they found the home “had sustained significant damage.”

The statement continued, “Edwards was searched and found in possession of drug paraphernalia and two bags of suspected narcotics.”

He was arrested at his place of work and held on $5,000 bail.
