Mackenzie’s social media clip appeared to have been filmed in a gym locker room.
Standing with her back to the camera, she twisted her torso forward while arching her butt out to flex his tightness.
The picture showed the 28-year-old’s toned abs, her hair was braided in two pigtails and she was wearing music headphones.
The former MTV star played Rihanna’s 2011 hit “Birthday Cake” on her story.

Cake is often used as a euphemism for butt.
The ex-reality TV personality finally captioned her story: “Can you find my Dexcom? [?]”
Dexcom is a device that people with diabetes can wear to manage their condition.
According to Dexcom’s website, the company’s primary goal is to help diabetics improve “their glucose control and their overall health.”

MACKENZIE’S FIGHT
Back in November, Mackenzie shared several photos of himself with Dexcom on social media.
She spoke about living with type 1 diabetes in her caption, aiming for MTV to keep it off 16 & Pregnant.
“I used to be embarrassed by my diabetes. When we were shooting for 16 & Preg we were shooting for hours about Type 1 and how I live with it. When the show aired they took everything out because it wasn’t good TV and so illness was too hard to explain in an hour,” she claimed.
The mother-of-three continued, “I’ve been slowed down by sharing my journey for over a decade. Now I embrace who I am every day and I am now stronger than ever!”
Mackenzie continued: “So here I am. A mother of 3 who takes my Dexcom, lives with Type 1 and is pursuing my fitness career. Our bodies are a blessing. I’ve shown myself this year that I can do anything I want and jump over any obstacle that life throws at me.”
“I’m a woman, I’m strong, I’m unbreakable. And you can be too!” she closed.
FANS BLOW
Fans were surprised by the former Teen Mom 2 lead’s claims and expressed it in their comments.
Many criticized the network in their posts, while others praised Mackenzie.
“How disappointing that they removed it from the show. T1d already lacks education and awareness. That is too bad. I’m glad you are strong and brave now to share it! Keep sharing!” wrote one fan.
Someone else chimed in: “I’m so disappointed they did this but not the least bit surprised. It is ridiculous. I’m sorry they made you feel like you couldn’t share your story.”
“Hard to hear you’ve been suffering all these years and MTV hasn’t brought your illness out. The public would have understood your situation so much better. You have dealt with so much,” wrote a third supporter.
Another fan commented, “Wow that’s crazy they took it out. Shame on you!”
The network acknowledged Mackenzie’s diabetes on the show, but it wasn’t a central part of her story.
