While standing at the spiral staircase, the MTV star peaked her booty and teased her long legs through the sheer skirt.

The mother-of-three smiled as she teased her cleavage and played with the long locks of her brunette hair.

Leah also posed with girlfriend Nicole Stegall on the stairs, which were covered in crystal clear balloons.
