Kayla, 23, took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off her figure and possibly shadow her husband.

“Pick up the phone baby,” the MTV star captioned the post with a phone and a purple heart emoji.

She posed next to an ember with her long blonde highlights and one hand on her hip – and completed the smoldering silhouette with some heels.

A neon-lit sign read, “Call Me Maybe,” leaving fans wondering what it all meant.

“Love the look Kayla,” gushed one.

“Girl beautiful!!!” Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant co-star Brianna Jaramillo penned.

However, when third parties asked, “Is she still with the boyfriend?”

To which another fan chimed in: “Think so…they follow each other. But it kind of feels like they may have broken up recently.

“They didn’t actually post each other and both of their Valentine’s Day posts were just aimed at the kids. But who knows… I think they make us wait until we find out when the next season starts.”

Kayla actually posted the snap as fans believe she may have broken up with Luke.

The TV personality shares daughter Ariah, two, with Luke and son Izaiah, four, with ex Stephan Alexander.

Back in December, Kayla and Luke opened up about the troubles in their relationship during the Teen Mom reunion.

In the episode, Kayla sobbed as she reflected on her decision to have an abortion after accidentally becoming pregnant with Luke’s baby.

She said: “I feel like I didn’t really process it until it was done.

“I just did it and then after that if it really hits you.”

Kayla then said she was “still dating” with Luke, although they never “worked through” that he cheated on her during her pregnancy.

After Luke’s infidelity, Kayla said she then cheated on him because they “were dating but didn’t really act like it and I think I hit a breaking point.”

Luke later joined his girlfriend on the couch to open up about her cheating.

Reflecting on his infidelity, Kayla said, “I wish I would have left if it happened.

“Even if I would have come back at some point. I just feel like I wanted to hide it when I was pregnant.”

She explained: “I didn’t want anyone to know. I hid it from the show, I hid it from my family.

“I wanted everyone to think things were perfect because I wanted a good pregnancy.”

Kayla has also faced “blackfishing” backlash for her tanned complexion in photos lately.
