Jenelle, 31, took to social media to show off her new look online.

The former reality star shared multiple angles of her freshly cut and dyed hair.

Her post featured a lengthy caption along with a not for the many fans who have speculated that she is lying about her use of hair extensions.

She wrote: “What extensions did we use? JK!

“Once again @ktina29 made my hair look ahhhhhhhhhhhh amazing! Lightened up the blonde but kept the dimension.”

Jenelle continued, “If you’re in the #MyrtleBeach area, stop by and check it out.”

Fans flocked to the comments to weigh in, writing, “You seriously have the prettiest hair. So jealous.”

Another wrote: “HAIR GOALS!!!!”

A third commenter wrote: “Seriously no extensions???? This is your real hair???? Wow, that looks amazing!!!!”

Jenelle has been making headlines lately for a number of reasons.

The star has been attracting a lot of attention lately for promoting her OnlyFans account.

The mother-of-three has garnered negative comments from critics online for making money on the adult site.

One critic commented, “No, but seriously, if she were a responsible adult like she claims, she wouldn’t have to advertise her ‘side hustle’ herself.”

However, Jenelle quickly clapped back in a TikTok video with a response to the comment.

Sitting on her bed with her glasses and long locks draped around her shoulders, Jenelle offered up her reasons for running an OnlyFans account while clad in black pajamas.

“If I were a responsible adult, I would pay my bills, right?” Jenelle asked.

“I would make money to pay my bills. Seems like I’m going to do that, doesn’t it?”

The MTV graduate continued, “There are so many different ways to make money these days, so advertise for me and advertise Chinese products that will be broken by the time they get to my customers? No, I don’t do that. I won’t be faking social media for my fans.”

She went on to explain, “So I’m going to find another way to make money and if that’s a sharp side, more power to me, right? I have to pay taxes for this. It’s a real job, believe it or not. So while you sit here and hate, I’ll lie on my bed and make money.”

Commentators were quick to leave their thoughts on the video.

In the meantime, Jenelle is apparently dealing with some pretty scary health issues.

She’s been open with her fans about her journey to finding a diagnosis for a while now.

However, it seems she finally has some answers.

“I have Mycoplasma pneumoniae,” she told her 3.1 million followers, before asking, “Have you ever had it?”

Mycoplasma pneumoniae bacteria commonly cause mild respiratory infections and can sometimes cause more serious lung infections.

Seemingly inundated with answers, the Teen Mom alum decided to share some of them with her own responses.

When one person asked her if it happened “again after the vacation,” Jenelle replied, “That wasn’t a vacation and I’ve had it for months. I saw a very well known surgeon get my hiatal hernia.”

And when someone else asked what Mycoplasma pneumoniae was, she confirmed it was bacterial pneumonia.

Another person suggested antibiotics and Jenelle said: “Yes, I hope that works. I’ve got some lung problems and my doctors are confused, so we’re slowly trying to figure that out.”

She went on to reveal: “I’ve been struggling with a lot of body aches for over a year now. I hope antibiotics will throw this out of my system.

“It’s pretty crazy. I think I may be susceptible to strong and weak immunity to mono. As a kid?” Jenelle continued.

When another fan wished her well, Jenelle replied: “Thank you so much! I need all the prayers I can get. I was worried.”

However, some fans were confused by Jenelle’s behavior, noting that she was taking fun trips amid her health struggles.
