Teen Mom fans slam Briana DeJesus’ ex Luis as ‘bad dad’ for NOT going to hospital over daughter Stella, 4’s emergency

TEEN Mom 2 fans ripped Briana’s ex Luis over missing daughter Stella’s scary health emergency due to filming.

The Florida native’s daughter was born with multiple holes in her heart.

During Tuesday’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Briana revealed a scary medical issue plaguing her daughter.

Speaking directly into the camera, she said, “Stella was complaining that her heart was bothering her, her heart was beating too fast, so we just grabbed a bag and ran to the ER.”

She confessed it was a “scary” situation and revealed they had to see a cardiologist after the visit.

Mum Roxanne suggested Briana reach out to Luis amid his daughter’s troubles, which the mother-of-two didn’t seem enthusiastic about.

Briana informed her mother that she was trying to reach Luis and he promised to be there.

However, he later went on to express concern that MTV’s cameras would be present.

In a self-confessed interview, the reality star admitted it was difficult getting through this “without the support of Stella’s dad.”

Fans were quick to slam Luis on Twitter for being absent for his daughter for such a big moment.

“Luis will ALWAYS be a deadbeat. I’m not surprised,” wrote one Twitter user.

Another tweeted: “Luis is just… No words. Damn the cameras. Your daughter goes to the hospital. You should have been there.”

“I understand you don’t want to film but this is about your daughter’s health, he has to f**k show up and be there for her,” added a third fan.

A fourth tweeted: “Oh. Stella is too adorable. I hope she is doing well. And Luis is really angry because he’s not there for her. There is no excuse.”

‘ABSENT’

In a previous preview of Teen Mom 2, Briana was candid about Luis being absent from his daughter’s life.

While fans aren’t supporters of Luis, they have criticized the MTV star for badmouthing Luis in front of her kids.

“I have Devion Nova pick me up from school more often,” she said in the clip of her nine-year-old daughter.

The reality star then went downstairs and said “hola” to her four-year-old daughter Stella, who she shares with ex Luis.

She opened up on the conversation with attorneys about her ongoing custody arrangements.

“I just had a meeting with a lawyer to see what my options are for Luis’ parental rights with Stella,” she said in a voiceover.

She then opened up to her mother, Roxanne, while feeding Stella.

“He [the lawyer] told me in the state of Florida, as long as the father doesn’t abuse the child, they won’t sign giving up rights, so Luis will always have rights to Stella and Devion will always have rights to Nova,” she told her mother.

Roxanne then questioned the logic of the law, noting that Luis wasn’t “really present” in Stella’s life.

“If I hadn’t called his mom, he wouldn’t have come,” she told Briana, who replied, “I think because he’s made attempts … they’re not going to take away his rights.”

They then discussed whether “emotional abuse” would be enough to get authorities to strip Luis of his rights, but Briana claimed “they need to see blood and bruises” to act.

Briana went on to say that she wants Luis in Stella’s life but can’t “force” him and her daughter “isn’t comfortable around him.”

“I do not know what to do. Your girl can’t win this fight, that’s for sure,” Briana said as the scene wound down, cutting to Stella playing with her dolls.

While fans were quick to praise Devion for showing up for Nova, they slammed Briana and Roxanne for speaking out in front of Stella about custody and abuse.

“Stop talking in front of your daughter!!!!!!” wrote one Instagram user.

Another added: “Shouldn’t this stuff be talked about in front of Stella?”

And a third wrote: “Stop talking about dad in front of your kid, this is crazy!”

While a fourth commented, “Why does she keep talking about these men in front of her kids… smh girl stop it.”

Viewers saw the Teen Mom 2 star clash with her baby’s father more than once on the show as he’s been in and out of her daughter Stella’s life since she was born in 2017.

Briana’s ex, Devoin, with whom she shares daughter Nova, acts as a father figure to both girls in Luis’ absence.
