‘Teen Mom’ fans mourn Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra as they sob after rare reunion with daughter Carly

TEEN Mom fans were saddened by Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra as they burst into tears over their daughter Carly.
The couple brought MTV cameras with them as they visited the daughter they had in high school, who was put up for adoption for the first time in two years.
During Wednesday’s episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, Catelynn and Tyler, both 31, brought their parents and children to watch Carly14, and her adoptive parents Brandon and Theresa.
The visit marked the longest stay the reality TV couple has had with their daughter since giving her up for adoption as a teenager.
By the end of their few days together, the two were emotionally exhausted and viewers felt sorry for them.
Tyler cried and sat in silence after saying goodbye while Catelynn chatted with the family about Carly and revealed how she is similar to them.
The mother of four then delivered an emotional message to her daughter in a confessional, reminding her several times how “loved” she was by her birth parents.
She cried as she recalled how difficult it was to come to terms with the decision to give Carly up for adoption, admitting that it would have been “selfish” to keep her.

SO GROWN UP
Ahead of the episode, MTV teased Catelynn and Tyler’s reunion with their daughter.
The network released a preview of the emotional moment on social media.
In the clip, the couple revealed to their eight-year-old daughter Nova Lee that they were seeing Carly.
Catelynn said to her daughter, “You know what? We’re going to Carly’s.”
Nova hugged her mother and smiled as father Tyler cheered in the background.
Her adoption coordinator then chimed in, “She’s actually coming to your state.”
Nova said on the show: “My mind is spinning right now.”
She continued, “I haven’t seen her in so long.”
In a confessional, Catelynn reflected on how far they’ve come and how long the journey has taken for them.
“I can’t believe it’s been 14 years since we started this whole journey.”
She added: “Although it can be difficult at times, the excitement of the visit outweighs it.”
Fans wrote in the comments on the Teen Mom Instagram: “I can’t believe she’s 14 now! I’m rewatching season 1 and I’m a little emotional lol!! I hope Carly gets in touch when she turns 18. Does anyone know if “Is she allowed to do that when she’s 18?!”
“I remember that first visit and the little girl knew it was her mom and dad! Bittersweet in many ways!! Four more years and the girl will return to her true home!!!! I mean no disrespect to anyone!!” another person wrote.
A third fan commented: “You all sacrificed so much. Your own happiness for this little girl. For this I will love you forever. Your strength and courage are so admirable.”
“Man! This made me so emotional and full of joy!!” someone else wrote.
Another commenter responded with: “Awww this makes my heart happy.”
FINALLY REUNITED
“Teen Mom” fans began speculating back in June that Carly would appear on this season of “The Next Chapter.”
Compared to her TV personality parents, the teenager leads a private life.
Fans of the 16-year-old and pregnant couple believe it’s only a matter of time before Carly decides to appear in front of the camera.
Catelynn and Tyler reunited with their daughter over the summer and shared photos and videos that suggested MTV was in attendance.
Fan-run Instagram account @teenmomfanz reshared a post originally uploaded by Catelynn’s father David, which shows the group taking a walk in a park.
In the clip, Carly held hands with Nova and Vaeda, four, while Tyler pushed his youngest daughter Rya in a cart.
She kept her face shielded from the camera but seemed to enjoy spending time with her younger siblings.
Catelynn was not introduced.
David added the hashtag “#FAMILY” along with a red heart emoji.
He also shared a close-up picture of Carly with her siblings, taken from behind.
