Teen Mom fans gasp as Kailyn Lowry appears to share the first picture of her fifth son, Rio — but not everything is as it seems
KAILYN Lowry has shocked fans after posting what appeared to be a photo of her baby son.
The “Teen Mom” star posted a family photo to Instagram on Tuesday, but fans quickly realized that her fifth baby, Rio, was not in the picture.

In the photoKailyn, 31, sat on the couch surrounded by her boys.
The MTV personality sat with Isaac, 13, who Kailyn shares with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, Lincoln, 9, from her relationship with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and Lux, 5, and Creed, 2, with ex- Chris Lopez.
At first glance, Kailyn’s fans were shocked to see a baby on the couch and immediately thought it was her newest child.
However, the caption made it clear that it was a throwback picture, with the baby being Creed from a few years ago.
She wrote: “I’m posting a few throwbacks because I need to know how often does everyone take family photos? We talked about this on today’s episode of @babymamasnodramapodcast…”
In the comments section, one person wrote: “She trolled you all so hard with that first picture.”
Kailyn quickly responded to the comment with laughing emojis.
Another commenter said: “I gasped when I saw this and thought we were seeing #5 but then I realized it was Creed!!!!!!”

Kailyn has remained silent as she quietly gave birth to her fifth son, Rio, in November 2022.
In February, a source close to the podcast host exclusively told The US Sun: “Kailyn gave birth to a baby boy with Elijah on November 20th.
“She only told close family and friends.”

Fans have expressed concern about Kailyn’s current five children as there are rumors that she is pregnant with twins.
On Reddit, concerned fans questioned her health and asked how much time she would be able to spend with her children.
One person said: “I don’t understand her fixation on pregnancy.”

On Monday, Kailyn posted new pictures of her eldest son Isaac, 13, posing in the doorway of her $750,000 Delaware mansion and defended the teen after comments from trolls.
Isaac looked cool in a black top, jeans and white sneakers, with a plaid flannel shirt tied around his waist.
While many fans praised Isaac’s looks, some harsh critics criticized his decision to wear light blue nail polish.
A nasty online bully wrote: “Oh close where the nail polish remover is,” to which Kailyn shouted back: “F**k you.”
Another critic suggested: “The poor boy is being cared for. A normal teenage boy isn’t going to paint his.” Nails.”
Kailyn replied, “WTF IS NORMAL MALE?” with a laughing face emoji.
She added angrily, “Please read a normal book.”
Other fans criticized the trolls’ comments, writing: “Some of these comments, the fact that grown women are talking about a child is disgusting.”
