Now Chelsea, 31, has stunned her fans after sharing a video of herself almost unrecognizable before bed.
The reality star was taken with her Instagram Monday night stories to record yourself with a pimple band-aid.
Standing in her bathroom wearing a green hoodie and large black bow headband, the TV personality applied the product to her nose.
Chelsea told her followers, “Okay, I’ll get ready for bed and do my little facial routine.”
“I think I’ve talked about this before, but the Might Patch Hero, the Nose One… especially this week, they’ve changed my life so much.”
She continued, “If you don’t know what that is, just stick the little patch on your pimple or whatever, the nasal patch is for your whole nose.”
“And you just leave it on overnight. I think it says to do it for about 6 to 8 hours at a time. And then when you wake up in the morning you can see all the dirt it picks up on your face.”
Chelsea then applied the large patch all over her nose, explaining that she likes it because it covers such a “large area”.

The mother-of-four explained that when she woke up in the morning, her “spots” would be gone and the band-aids would remove all the “dirt” from her skin.

But fans were far more concerned about the MTV alum’s appearance in the clip, as many felt she was completely unrecognizable than her former self.
One took to Reddit to open the conversation and wrote: “If you saw this pic would you believe it was Chelsea?! I didn’t even recognize her.”
“My biggest problem is what will the kids think? Will Aubree think her face needs to change because moms do? When does this stop? Chelsea was a natural beauty. She just had to work on her self esteem, not her face.” a second agreed.

Chelsea took to social media to flaunt her slimmer frame in recent photos despite shedding a significant pound.
Earlier this month, the TV star boasted about her modeling skills in a new promotional photo dump for a fashion company shared on social media.
The former MTV star was photographed for clothing brand Lauriebelle’s Instagram page and featured in several snaps in her latest carousel post.
Most of the images showed today’s HGTV personality modeling Lauribelle’s new Coast to Coast Beach Mock in a variety of colors including black, tan and grey.
According to the caption, Chelsea designed the oversized crew-neck sweater she wore on the social media slideshow.
In addition to showcasing her new sweater collection, she took the opportunity to show off her slim figure in another Lauribelle original.
The mother-of-four stunned in a sheer, sleeveless, high-neck top that hugged her body and was embellished with glittering crystals.
The bra that Chelsea wore under the shirt was highly visible due to its transparency.
The 31-year-old’s narrow waist was also clearly visible, because the top clung tightly to the middle of her body.
Chelsea appeared extremely slim, confirming that her weight loss was indeed drastic.
