Team XO wins BGIS 2021 The Grind

The final round of BGIS 2021: Blender Scrims ended up with the weaker XO Team emerging as the winners. In two days, saw a thrilling final match between the top 16 teams in the country.

Team XO dominated the event and were the only team to win four chicken dinners. They accumulated a total of 173 points with the help of 77 frags. As a result of the successful second day of competition, TSM was in second place with 157 points. The team was also the most aggressive in the finals and got 81 points over the innings.

Godlike Esports shows once again why they are considered the best in the country. They ranked 3rd with 154 points. Star-studded Team XSpark showed promise and finished in fourth place. On day 2, Hydra and Soul failed to improve their previous performance and finished at the bottom of the leaderboard.

Day 2 recap of BGIS The Grind Finals

The first match of the day went to Team Forever with ten frames, followed by GodLike with seven frags. Team X Spark’s aggressive play helped them accumulate 13 frag points.

Team XO won the second match played on the desert map with 12 frags, with Fierce being the MVP for his six frames. Godlike once again played well to take 24 points.

TSM won the third game of Erangel with 14 frags, of which Blaze alone won seven frags. Following them are Hyderabad Hydras and Skylightz Gaming with 8 and 4 frags respectively.

The fourth match played on the jungle map was once again won by TSM with 14 frags. Team Soul did a great job taking third place with three points in the game.

Team XO won the next two matches of the tournament with 11 and 10 frag records respectively. Team XSpark finished second in the fifth match while Godlike was the runner-up in the final match.
