Who is Chris Shiflet?
Christopher Shiflett is an American musician who was born on May 6, 1971.
He is best known as the lead guitarist for the American rock band Foo Fighters.
Shiflet has been a member of the punk rock bands No Use for a Name and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes in the past.
He joined the Foo Fighters in 1999 following the release of their third album There Is Nothing Left to Lose and has since played with them, the Gimmes and a variety of other side projects.
He also runs the Walking the Floor podcast and has two albums under his belt, the most recent of which was released in 2019.
Scott Shiflett, bassist for punk rock band Face to Face since 1995, is his older brother.
