In the clip posted to Instagram, Tammy admits, “I don’t remember any of that. Nothing. I passed out completely.”

In a confessional, Tammy explains that she decided to go back into rehab almost 10 months ago after weighing the highest weight she has ever weighed – 717 pounds.

“I was here maybe less than 30 minutes and my oxygen levels were dropping. I had to be taken to the hospital. They put me in a medically induced coma,” Tammy explained.

The reality star has since spent almost a year turning her life around and now looks completely unrecognizable.

ON THE RIGHT WAY

Tammy’s new husband, Caleb Willingham, recently shared a video of her hard at the gym.

In the TikTok video, Tammy, 36, was seen in her wheelchair, sitting with her arms out in front of an aerobic machine.

While hooked up to an oxygen tank, Tammy belted out a song demonstrating the exercise.

Caleb captioned the video: “My ANGEL hard at work!”

Her weight loss is the culmination of a long journey of addiction and rehab.

In the show’s final season, Tammy admitted she drank eight bottles of alcohol a week, leading doctors to fear for her life.

She also openly ate pizza, vaped and asked friends for snaps in clips from the show.

In the season finale, she even stopped breathing for a time after a party bender.

A friend of Tammy’s exclusively told The US Sun that the star has completely quit smoking and drinking.

NEW MAN

Tammy credits part of her success to supporting her new husband, Caleb.

Ahead of the season premiere, TLC teased the romance between the couple, who found each other in rehab.

In the footage, the £1000 Sisters star broke the news over the phone to her sister Amy Slaton, 35.

Tammy said, “I started talking to someone here in rehab.”

Amy assumed the worst: “Tammy, being back in a bad relationship is like going back to our old ways.”

Tammy and Caleb posed side-by-side for the camera as she announced, “We have great news to share with you all.”

The couple first met at Ohio’s rehab center.

After dating for three weeks, the duo married at the weight clinic in November 2022.

PEOPLE reported that the reality star became Mrs. Tammy Willingham during a small celebration with about 30 friends and family.

Though she seemed to disapprove in the trailer, Amy attended the celebration.

Previously, The US Sun reported Tammy got engaged to her boyfriend in October 2022.

In a video shared exclusively with The US Sun, Tammy said yes to Caleb’s proposal in the rehab center parking lot.

An insider close to the TV star gushed, “She started dating Caleb in rehab and I’m so happy they met in person and didn’t date online.”
