1000-LB Sisters star Tammy Slaton has left her fans worried after she shared a shocking confession in a video showing her weight loss.

The TLC star has been more active on social media, showing off her slimmer face and physique to fans.

Tammy, 36, shared a TikTok video of her sitting with one hand resting under her chin.

Keeping it casual, she wore a blue sweatshirt and glasses in the video.

The £1,000 Sisters star didn’t speak in the clip, instead nodding along occasionally while the audio played.

The voiceover said: “Dear you, if you stumble upon this video I hope you are doing well and making progress toward your goals. Remember that no matter how difficult things seem, it’s important to keep going.

“Life is full of ups and downs, but it’s the people who have persevered through difficult times that achieve greatness. I know there can be times when you want to give up, but don’t let those moments get you down.”

The tone came through: “Remember all the times you have overcome obstacles in the past and draw strength from them. Keep pushing and remember why you started this journey in the first place. Believe in yourself. Have faith in your abilities.

“And most importantly, keep going. I have no doubt that you will achieve everything you set out to do and more. Don’t become hostage to the past by constantly reviewing and reliving your mistakes.

The video ended with, “Don’t remember what should have been. Let it go and let it go Go on. Peace.”

Tammy nodded on several parts, including the part about wanting to quit.

BIG CHANGE

Tammy and her sister Amy, 35, have been going through big changes lately.

The sibling duo were recently spotted together at a cinema and fans were stunned by their weight loss.

They were about to go see a movie in Evansville, Indiana, when a fan took a picture of Amy pushing Tammy in a wheelchair.

Tammy wore a camouflage jacket and black capri pants, while her younger sister donned a black and gray hoodie.

The TLC follower captioned her post, “After working all day and then driving from work to Evansville in a storm to get Maddy I wasn’t in the best of moods … But then I went to the movies and see who I? right in front of my own eyes???

“My favorite reality TV sisters!!! My day at work and the drive to Evansville in the crappy weather was really worth it!!!”

Amy and Tammy both looked noticeably thinner in the photo as they continue to flaunt their massive weight loss.

KEEPING SECRETS

Tammy has previously spoken openly about keeping secrets from her fans while waiting for the £1000 sisters to return.

The reality star opened up about her struggle to keep parts of her life a secret while opening packages of sweets that had been sent to her.

In the video, Tammy appeared to be sitting at home wearing a black vest and gray cardigan.

She started the clip by saying, “Hey everyone, excuse my hair. I fix them, I get them recolored.”

She then confessed that her voice was a bit “hoarse” because she was feeling under the weather.

Elsewhere on TikTok, Tammy opened up about her weight loss.

She admitted, “I’m glad you guys are finally seeing my transformation.”

“It bothered me at first. I was like… I wanted to scream and say, ‘I’m losing weight, what are you talking about?'”

Tammy continued, “It’s so hard to keep big secrets… because of our contracts, they want that wow factor on our show, so I couldn’t talk about my weight loss or getting married, really, it’s a long story.” “

Later in the video, Tammy spoke about how her taste buds have changed since she had weight loss surgery.

As she opened another bag of freeze-dried candy, Tammy admitted, “I love sour food. I feel like post-op…it’s aired so I can talk about it now, but post-op my whole damn taste buds are kind of changed.

“I used to want more candy, now I’m a savory girl, it’s weird,” she added.
