Talley and Bruno are waiting for permanent homes – CBS Pittsburgh

Are you looking to bring a pet into the house? Local animal shelters are a great place to find a furry companion. So as part of Furry Tails, I’ll be doing an ongoing feature of adoptable pets from local animal shelters once a week. If you have a place in your heart and are looking to bring an adorable badminton ball into your home, perhaps one of these guys will become part of your family!

Animal Friends pet profiles:
Meet Talley! She came to Animal Friends a few months ago as part of a transition with a partner organization. She is a one-of-a-kind senior who loves to play as well as relax! Talley is currently on a special diet to keep her healthy as she is in the early stages of kidney failure, which is common in older cats. She is looking for a home that can keep her happy and healthy!

Animal Friends pet profiles:
Roquefort came to Animal Friends after a kind Samaritan found him and another rabbit alone outside. Although this baby bunny has had a rough start in its short life, we are grateful that it was brought to us to give it the chance to have the happy life it deserves. worth having. Roquefort is a silly guy who is always on the move throughout our BunRuns. He’d love to have another bunny sibling who can keep up with his antics, but he’ll be equally delighted to have plenty of toys and boxes of peaches to entertain himself!

If you can help, reach out to Animal Friends at 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, Pa., 15237 or call 412-847-7000. For more information on how you can adopt any pet at Animal Friends, visit their website here!

Orphans of the Storm Pet Profile:
Bruno’s owner is dead and he is a hoarder. Bruno never cared about individuals and only knew this man. He’s 9 years old. It took Bruno quite a while to learn to trust and allow the staff and him to be friends. He walks with volunteers. Need a quiet acceptor, very understanding.

Orphans of the Storm Pet Profile:
My owner has health problems that make it impossible for me to live with him. I am 7 years old and 1/2 year old. Lived with dogs. See the vet regularly for health check-ups. My employer’s grandchildren were visiting, so there were kids around, but not every day. I want a home where I can be spoiled again.
