Switzerland 0 England 4: Lionesses win last friendly before Euro with Russo, Stanway, England and Scott in goal

ENGLAND WOMEN warmed up brilliantly for Euro 2022 with a 4-0 win over Switzerland.

It took the Lionesses a while to get going with the halftime score, but in the end Sarina Wiegman convinced.

Alessia Russo opened the scoring in the 56th minute before three goals in the final 15 minutes cleared the goal line.

Georgia Stanway scored a penalty before Bethany England added a third minute later.

And with seconds remaining, Jill Scott pounced to add to the Swiss misery.
