(CNN) – The Supreme Court upheld the view of Pennsylvania’s highest court on Monday that it overturned comedian Bill Cosby’s sexual assault conviction, rejecting prosecutors’ recommendation. Pennsylvania to review the decision.

Cosby was found guilty of indecent assault in 2018 for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home in 2004. He was sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison. .
