Stunning new footage shows hundreds of schoolchildren screaming as “UFO” appears in the sky over a soccer game

SCHOOL CHILDREN scream as a UFO looms overhead, disappearing in a flash in hair-raising new footage.

The spectacle unfolded as hundreds gathered for a football game at North Point High School in Wentzville, Missouri.

Alerted to something strange in the sky by murmurs from the crowd, Kora Gregory began filming and captured what happened next.

She said: “I realized it when I heard a few people say things like, ‘What is this?’ and ‘do you see that?’

“A friend of mine I was dating kept telling me it’s probably just a laser — and at first I thought maybe it was.”

“But that quickly changed to ‘Oh my god, that’s not normal,’ and I concluded that it wasn’t a natural object.”

In Kora’s video, a crowd – already clamoring with excitement – can be seen watching the strange, pale blue presence in the sky.

Moments later, it shoots into the distance, provoking screams as the school children jump and point.

That evening, Kora’s mom uploaded the video to Facebook and her jaw dropped.

“It’s real. My son saw it and called me straight away,” one father commented.

“I very much doubt that hundreds of children are hallucinating,” he added.
The clip then found its way to a community in Missouri on Reddit and eventually to UFO watchers worldwide.

Various explanations have been ventured, including ice crystals at high altitude, searchlights, Venus and – of course – extraterrestrials.
Kora is at a loss.

“I don’t have any possible explanation,” she said.

“We’re in Missouri and we don’t have any air bases near me.

“A lot of people have said it’s rockets, but they definitely don’t fire rockets in my area, especially near the suburbs.

“And I honestly don’t think it could be a headlight or a laser or anything. The movement and speed is not normal.

“I might have more ideas if this UFO had any noise I heard, but that light in the sky was silent.”

The teenager was even more in awe to learn her sister had seen the same thing from home.

She said: “I doubted myself for a split second but when I heard my sister saw the light in the sky going from home towards my school I couldn’t believe what I was seeing was was real.”
