The students had lunched off campus, reports FOX10.
Nearly two dozen students began vomiting shortly after returning to school.
The fire brigade and rescue workers were deployed to the school.
What made the students sick is unclear.

However, the parents told FOX10 that the students ate pizza on the field trip.
The Peoria Unified School District released a statement following the incident.
“To limit the number of students who felt ill, the school called 911 for assistance, which resulted in numerous fire truck and medical personnel arriving on campus.”
All family members of sick students have been notified, the district said.
“All students are examined on site. No students are currently being taken off-site to receive medical attention and none appear to be in critical condition.
“The medical staff tries to assess all the students and clear them out just before they leave school. The school will continue to be dismissed as usual.
School pickup schedules have been changed.
Staff will be on hand to direct traffic, the district said.
Peoria is a Phoenix suburb located primarily in Maricopa County.
