Stuart refuses to referee Carabao Cup final despite feeling outrage at Liverpool boss, players and their Wags this season

STUART ATTWELL is the referee of the Carabao Cup final.
And Liverpool fans won’t exactly celebrate.
The whistler from Nuneaton has been controversial this season.
But he remains one of three Premier League officials to be considered for World Cup duty in Qatar later this year.
Attwell, 39, stabbed by Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette for his decisions in the last 2-1 home loss City of Manchester on New Year’s Day.
And he sparked skepticism at Anfield in December when he denied THREE penalties in the first 45 minutes against Aston Villa.
Reds manager Jurgen Klopp and assistant Pepijn Lijnders vented their frustration on the touchline.
And Liverpool defender Andy Robertson has also expressed his feelings.

Even Fabinho’s wife, Rebeca Tavares, wrote on social media: “Hey REF, are you here?”
Attwell is understood to be more efficient on VAR missions from their Stockley Park headquarters.
But for this Sunday’s final, Darren England will be VAR when the Reds face Chelsea.
