Stephen A. Smith’s bold on-air outfit was trashed by First Take fans as one gasped, “Did he lose a bet?”

Molly Qerim, former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky and ESPN star personality Mima Kimes were alongside Smith for the segment.
It was discussed which team won the first round.
Smith stated that the Eagles’ draft picks would immediately strengthen the team and felt they won the draft by a wide margin.
“It’s a foregone conclusion. What’s coming is no suspense.” said Smith.

“We know the Cowboys will be crushed by the Eagles next season because they’ve gotten stronger.”
Kimes agreed, saying it was incredible how Philadelphia improved its defense after having the best defense in the NFL last season.
“I just don’t understand how a team goes to the Super Bowl and then wins the draft. Howie Roseman can’t get away with this!”
Orlovsky felt the Eagles went into the draft with a more solid roster than most teams, and with their current draft pick, the team is even better.

“There was a gap between Philly and San Francisco and everyone else, and the gap is bigger now. That’s the crazy thing about what we saw.”
Fans quickly chimed in, arguing that other teams had a better draft.
One said, “I’d say the Texans won on day one.”
Another said: “The Seahawks had the best first round by far!!!”
And a third said: “Stephen A is the wrong guy to ask him. He knows little to nothing when it comes to football.”
Smith’s attire also caught the attention of a fan, leading him to question the color choice reasoning.
“Why is Stephen A. Smith wearing Dallas Cowboys colors today? Has he lost a bet?”
