PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — State troopers, along with local police officers, will soon begin cracking down on aggressive driving.
The crackdown is all part of the state’s aggressive driving campaign, which will run through April 24.
The campaign will focus on speeding, distracted driving and workspace awareness.
Preliminary figures from the state police for 2021 show that the number of deaths in aggressive driving accidents has increased by up to 40% compared to 2020.
