Star Citizen’s Legatus Bundle Will Cost You $40,000

Star Citizen’s latest Legatus bundle will set you back $40,000.
If you’ve ever heard of Star Citizen, it’s probably because everyone has been talking about ridiculous amount spent on it. Whether it’s the $400 million it’s raised to develop over the years or the ridiculously expensive ships players can buy, it’s arguably better known for its state of development. longer and more costly than the actual game itself.
To take that reputation a step further, Star Citizen is now offering the Legatus Package 2951. Price? $40,000. Sorry. This is clearly not the first time Star Citizen has offered a Legatus bundle, as there was one earlier in the year called the Legatus 2950. That bundle will set you back $36,000. The first bundle like this was released back in 2018 for $27,000, so the price has steadily increased over the years.
If you’re wondering what’s really in the Legatus packs that can make them so much money, they tend to contain all of the ships released to Star Citizen up to that point, which is why why prices keep going up when Legatus packages are newer. was released to keep up with all the ships that have been added to the game since then.
Don’t worry, though, you’ll only be able to buy the Legatus Bundle if you’ve committed $1,000 to Star Citizen before. The Reddit post reveals that the bundle was found on the “Exclusive Store” as part of the “Chairman’s Club”. As we said above, you can only access this club if you have committed $1000 to the game before, so not everyone has the privilege.
