He appeared to be facing an eviction after settling into his new £2.5million home nearby.

Brit Tom, 26, wore a navy hoodie, trainers and a pink baseball cap for the outing in New Malden, south west London.

The actor, who grew up in nearby Kingston upon Thames, was recently spotted out and about with his girlfriend, Zendaya, also 26.

They got together after working on Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016 – but kept their relationship a secret until 2021.

The couple – known as “Tomdaya” – appear happy to be making London their home, with American Zendaya enjoying an extended visit.

Outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Zendaya is best known for her role as Anne Wheeler on The Greatest Showman, as well as her role as Rue Bennett on the HBO Max show Euphoria.

She began acting in 2010 when she starred alongside Bella Thorne in Disney’s Shake It Up.

In 2021, the superstar also starred alongside Timothée Chalamet in Malcom & Maries, Space Jam: A New Legacy and Dune.

Following the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Zendaya will star in Dune: Part Two.
