South Korea’s unification minister in charge of relations with North Korea has expressed concern about military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, South Korea’s main news agency Yonhap reported on Thursday.

Kim Young-ho’s statement came a day after North Korean leader Kim Jong Un met with President Vladimir Putin in the Russian Far East to discuss military issues, the war in Ukraine and possible Russian help for North Korea’s satellite program.
