GHANA kept its hopes of qualifying for the knockout stages of the World Cup alive with a thrilling win over South Korea.

The Black Stars looked to be heading towards their first tournament victory as Mohammed Salisu and Mohammed Kudus gave them a 2-0 lead at half-time.

But Korea bounced back after the break and two headers from Gue-Sung Cho, the second an absolute lightning strike, brought them level on the hour.

It looked like a winner but it was Ghana who hit back and won the game when Kudus scored their second goal with 22 minutes remaining.
