Chance “Sodapoppin” Morris is not happy with this year Game Award present and make sure your audience gets the message.
Saying it “f*** ing suck”, the Twitch streamer felt it was a waste of his time and continued a nearly minute-long, “trash talk” rant to the show. He humorously interrupted himself after a certain point and ended the live stream with an overly sour note.
Sodapoppin bangs the table after presenting The Game Awards 2021
During this year’s The Game Awards, Sodapoppin sat down with his audience to watch the full show on his Twitch live stream. The show, which lasted about three hours, was a combination of tease and reveal for new and upcoming games, game sequels and awards.
Initially, he was willing to end his live event with a simple “peace” to viewers but assured that he would give his final thoughts on the show shortly before leaving. Go:
“Listen, The Game Awards, this sucks. That was the biggest waste of my three hours. I want three hours back. I was thinking it would only be two hours. ”
Aside from the seemingly never-ending length of the show, Sodapoppin was annoyed by the games that were announced/teased:
“I hate 90% of the *** things that appear on the screen. I don’t care about any of that. CB f***ing A, all. Uh, I don’t care half of your movie trailers, they’re just trash. All your game choices are trash, and games are generally trash, just like what happened. Shame on me with…”
Sodapoppin sounded like he wanted to move on but decided to end it before it continued.
“Okay. I’m, anyway, I’m out. Yeah, no.”
