“Social media is gonna fool me” is Zion Williamson’s hilarious response when asked what his favorite Thanksgiving dish is

ZION WILLIAMSON wasn’t in the mood to talk about his Thanksgiving dinner on live TV this week.

The New Orleans Pelicans star didn’t reveal what kind of mac and cheese he would eat…if any.

Zion scored a double-double against the San Antonio Spurs in a 129-110 win Wednesday night.

He was interviewed on the pitch by Jen Hale of Bally Sports after the game.

Hale asked the 22-year-old what his favorite Thanksgiving meal was.

But Zion laughed, “You’re trying to trick me.

“No matter what I reply, social media will fool me. So no comment.”

Hale apologized to Williamson for the nature of the questioning.

The power forward wished her Happy Thanksgiving and said, “It’s all love.”

The interview was generally good-natured, but Zion has had to answer questions about his weight in the past.

His contract apparently includes a clause that affects his payday if he exceeds a certain weight.

Zion is currently listed on the NBA website as 6ft 6in and 284lbs.

Speaking to FOX Sports earlier this year, Zion said, “What people don’t understand is that even the writers and stuff, when they have kids of their own, when someone talks about their kid, they imagine how they talked about me.

“Criticize my body, criticize my looks. Every time they talked about me it was about weight, how bad looking I was.

“I don’t even think they realized the impact this could have on you.”
