Skywalker Saga release date leaked by UK retailer, Microsoft and Nvidia
If this list is to be believed, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is only a few months away.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will release on April 5, 2022, according to a UK retailer called Game. It was also leaked on the Microsoft Store and the date is corroborated by GeForce Now Leaked From September.
It was announced in 2019 with a launch date of 2020, but was then pushed back to 2021 and again to 2022 – fans have been eagerly awaiting Lego. Star Wars Blockbuster has been around for a while but the actual release date is still a mystery. But if these leaks are to be believed, it came out just as recently, just three months away.
Since the date has not been officially announced, it is still subject to change. Internally, it could be scheduled for April, but it could also be delayed internally before we’re meant to hear about it, so take this news as salt. We could see the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in a few months or it could be pushed back again – with COVID-19, delays are inevitable and the pandemic is not yet over, especially since with the Omicron variant.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is another game in the long list of Lego Star Wars games. In recent years we’ve had The Force Awakens and Clone Wars, both of which came out before their respective series ended – Clone Wars predates the final installment of the named show while Force Awakens predates The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker.
The last time we got a full Lego Star Wars was the Complete Saga which includes all six movies. Since then, five more have been released. The Skywalker Saga will feature all nine main movie adaptations for Lego, allowing you to battle Anakin on Mustafar, battle Vader on the Death Star, and then fight Palpatine on Exegol.
It’s set to launch for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, so if a leak comes out, everyone will have a chance to get their hands on it.
