Sky TV owners are just finding two hidden secrets in their remote controls – they’ve been missing them for years

CHECK your Sky TV remote now – there are secrets lurking.
Millions of Sky TV owners could be missing out on two really handy television tricks.

1
Hidden speaker
Your Sky TV remote actually has a hidden speaker built in.
It means you’ll never lose it again—unless you accidentally left it miles from home.
The remote control has a built-in speaker that will beep if you lose it.
All you have to do is activate the function via your Sky box.
The remote will beep loudly for 30 seconds so you can find it quickly.
That means you’ll spend less time frantically turning sofa cushions upside down.
First, make sure your house is quiet so you can hear the beep.
Then press the Q button on the front of your Sky Q box.
After a few seconds, your paired Sky Q Touch / Sky Q Voice Remote will beep.
This beep lasts only 30 seconds. So if you don’t find it in that time, you’ll have to restart the process.
If it doesn’t work at all, your Sky Q remote control battery may be dead.
It is also possible that the Sky Q remote is no longer in the building and cannot be reached by the Sky Q box.
logo button
Your Sky TV remote control has a hidden button that is hidden in plain sight.
You’ve probably picked up the remote control thousands of times without realizing it.
But it’s actually very useful.
We’re talking about the Sky logo on your remote control – yes, it’s a button!
Pressing it (and you definitely should) will bring up your recorded TV shows and movies.
That saves you from sifting through the various Sky menus to find what you’ve saved so far.

Everything you’ve recorded on the Sky box will appear.
And you can press the button from anywhere in the Sky menu to instantly navigate to those shots.
