Fiit offers almost 1000 workouts including strength, yoga and pilates.

And there are also more than 40 live classes per day.

They vary from short and quick workouts of 10 minutes to 25 and 40 minutes.

Fit typically costs £20 a month or £120 a year.

So this offer will save you £80.

You can access Fit through Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream.

To redeem it, you must be enrolled in Sky’s free Sky VIP program, available to existing customers.

Go to the Sky VIP tab in the Sky app.

Look for freebies and look for the fiit promotion below.

Enter your details and you will receive a unique code.

Click on the link below and use it to subscribe.

You’ll need to provide your payment details – so cancel before the four months are up if you only want to use it for the free period.
