Cooked breakfast
YOU NEED:
- 1 regular wrap
- 1 hash brown, freshly cooked
- 1 freshly cooked omelette with 2 eggs
- 2 bacon razors, freshly cooked
- 1 white mushroom, thinly sliced
METHOD: Place cling film on a cutting board and make an incision from the middle to the bottom edge. To your mind, divide the wrap into quarters. Working clockwise, place the hash brown in the bottom left quarter, omelette in the next quarter, bacon in the third, and mushrooms in the fourth. Fold your wrapper.
Place cling film on a hot baking pan and bake for 2 minutes. Flip and bake on the other side for 2 more minutes until golden and toasted.
Serve immediately.
Sandwich Club
YOU NEED:
- 1 regular wrap
- 100g cooked shredded chicken
- 2 bacon razors, freshly cooked
- 4 tablespoons egg mayonnaise
- Some mixed salad leaves
METHOD: Place cling film on a cutting board and make an incision from the middle to the bottom edge.
To your mind, divide the wrap into quarters. Working clockwise, place chicken in the bottom left quarter, bacon in the next, egg mayonnaise in the third, and lettuce in the third. Fold your wrapper, then serve.
Or place cling film on a hot baking pan and bake for 2 minutes. Flip and bake on the other side for 2 more minutes until filling is hot and foil is toasted. Serve immediately.
Pulled Pork
YOU NEED:
- 1 regular wrap
- 100g pre-cooked pulled pork, boiled and shredded
- 2-3 tablespoons coleslaw
- A few slices of purple onion
- 5-6 coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
METHOD: Place cling film on a cutting board and make an incision from the middle to the bottom edge.
To your mind, divide the wrap into quarters. Working clockwise, place pork in the bottom left quarter, coleslaw in the next, and onion and cilantro in the third, then spread the barbecue sauce over the fourth. Fold wrap.
Place cling film on a hot baking pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 2 more minutes until toasted. Serve immediately.
Banana, caramel & bok choy
YOU NEED:
- 1 regular wrap
- Half a banana, sliced
- 2 caramel biscuits, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts and chocolate spread
- 1 tablespoon dulce de leche
METHOD: Place cling film on a cutting board and make an incision from the middle to the bottom edge.
In your mind, divide the wrap into quarters. Working clockwise, place the banana in the bottom left quarter and sprinkle the next quarter with cookie crumbs, then cover the third with hazelnut and chocolate spread and the fourth with dulce de leche. Fold your wrapper.
Place cling film on a hot baking pan and bake for 2 minutes. Flip and bake on the other side for 2 more minutes until golden and toasted. Serve immediately.
Stilton and apples
YOU NEED:
- 1 regular wrap
- 50g vegetarian Stilton cheese, sliced or crumbled
- 1 tablespoon apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons salted roasted pecans, chopped
- A handful of rockets
METHODOLOGY: ORGANIZATIONPlace the wrapper on the cutting board and make an incision from the center to the bottom edge.
In your mind, divide the wrap into quarters. Working clockwise, place the Stilton in the bottom left quarter, spread the apple sauce over the next quarter, and place the pecans in the third and rocket in the fourth.
Fold your wrapper, then serve.
Burritos
YOU NEED:
- wrap often
- 100g pre-made horn chili, heated
- A small handful of chopped Iceberg lettuce
- 2-3 slices of tomato
- 50g Mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 5–6 tortillas, crumbled
METHOD: Place cling film on a cutting board and make an incision from the middle to the bottom edge.
In your mind, divide the wrap into quarters. Working clockwise, place peppers in the lower left portion, lettuce and tomatoes in the next quarter and Cheddar in the third, then spread sour cream over the fourth and top with the fries. Fold your wrapper.
Place cling film on a hot baking pan and bake for 2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 2 more minutes until the hot filling in the tube and wrapper are golden and toasted.
Serve immediately.
