The man is being investigated after attacking social services with pepper spray and defying police outside the home.

According to The Telegraph, the man barricaded himself in the basements.

The police then broke into the premises and arrested the man.

Firearms were found in the basement where the family of eight lived.

However, he was released on Thursday, January 26, after prosecutors said he posed no danger to the children.

The police are checking whether the guns were legal.

It’s not clear how long the man, his wife, and children had lived in the basement, but there were doors, windows, water, and electricity.
