Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong warns Davit Kiria he will send two ‘deadly gifts’ in a three-part fight

Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong punished David Kiria twice with his terrible offensive weapon. However, that didn’t stop the Thai boxer from leaving another reminder for his longtime opponent ahead of their trio fight at ONE: Only brave.

The Thai boxer also believes he has one foot in the final of the Grand Prix ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Championship.

Talking to ONE, Sitthichai states:

“This is our third date and I will beat you up again because my next goal is ONE world championship. So I will continue from you. Let’s finish our work here… and you better watch out for my left shin and knee – because they’re dangerous… I’ll use my left kick on him from afar because I know that he doesn’t like the knee from a Southpaw like me. So I’ll use my shin and knee to weaken him. I have prepared these two gifts for him. And, if I get a chance to take him down, I’ll do it for sure. ”

During their first meeting, Thai striker Doubled his Georgia opponent in a courtesy half with a body shot and left knee combo. Kiria fell on all fours and failed to answer the referee’s score of 10.

A year later, the kickboxing stars are back in battle. Although Sitthichai could not finish Kiria in three rounds, the Muay Thai expert made it difficult for his opponent with his relentless attack and delivered a clear decisive victory.

Sitthichai felt that Kiria had been excellent since their last meeting

Despite his confidence leading up to their third encounter at the Singapore Indoor Stadium next Friday, January 28, the famous Thai tennis player believes his opponent has grown into an athlete far superior to the previous two encounters.

“Even though this is my third time facing David Kiria, I am still extremely excited because he has improved so much. His skills have definitely improved. I won’t be careless because he’s better, especially his punches. I need to be careful with that… He won by knockout in the last match. I see that his punches are heavier and his body has gotten better. So I’m excited to have the chance to fight him again this time.”

Sitthichai versus Kiria will be the co-main event of ONE’s second show of the year. Another semi-final of the epic 8-man tournament of the promotion between Marat Grigorian and Chingiz Allazov will be eye-catching.
