SISTER Wives Mykelti Brown has lost a few pounds and is now showing off her body transformation online.
In a new post on Instagram, Mykelti used her weight-loss journey as proof that change is possible for those who want it badly enough.

On Thursday, Mykelti, 27, shared two before and after collage snaps on a carousel reel.
The first collage featured two snaps of Mykelti and her 28-year-old husband Antonio Padron – who goes by the name Tony – at Sister Wives.
The top part of the image shows the couple seated in a confessional, while the bottom part shows them standing up during a scene on the reality show.
Mykelti and Tony were significantly taller compared to the second collage snap she shared in the post.
Captioned “after June 2023,” the collage featured the significantly slimmer couple posing confidently in separate solo shots.
“BEFORE, AFTERWARDS!!! @tonychessnut and I have gone through a major life transition. It was time to get well,” Mykelti explained in the caption.
She added that she “wanted something sustainable, not just quick weight loss.”
“It’s been an amazing journey that we’re still working on every day to move our bodies in the right direction,” Mykelti wrote.

She continued, “We have learned that what matters is consistency and not the short-term goal but the long-term goals.
“Results like Tony and I have come with longevity without even trying anything for a month or so.”

Mykelti and Tony stunned fans with their slimmed figures earlier this month after giving birth to twins in 2022.
Now Mykelti starred in a new snap from the 4th of July holidays as she and husband Tony celebrated with family and friends including Mykelti’s mother Christine Brown, 51.
The father of three children was delighted Instagram profile to share an update with his followers.
The reality star posed alongside his wife on a balcony platform overlooking a vast plain and mountain range in Lehi, Utah.
Tony smiled brightly while wearing a black t-shirt, red shorts and black sneakers.
Mykelti hugged her husband, who was wearing a black and white patterned summer dress and only white socks on his feet.
The TV personality grinned with very little makeup and her gorgeous long red hair that she wore straight.
The couple looked stunningly thin as they flaunted their recent weight-loss success in front of the camera.
Tony captioned his post: “Happy 4th of July! I hope you’re all having great family time. Thanks @christine_brownsw for inviting me. I’m sure the view of the fireworks here will be epic.”
Meanwhile, fans filled the comments section with praise for the couple and their great performance.

On the weekend of July 4th, Mykelti’s jaw dropped at another new photo with her husband Tony.
The redhead posed with her husband for a stunning new Instagram snap on Sunday.
Tony modestly captioned it: “Ok my wife go to breakfast! your favorite. I’m still not good at it.”
“Mykelti said to attach pictures of our meal. What I forgot to do, I was hungry, ok.”
Mykelti – one of Christine’s five daughters with her ex-husband Kody – beamed in the photo.
She wore her long red hair down with a big smile and a bright red top with sunglasses.
Tony also matched sunglasses and wore cropped shorts with a black t-shirt.
