Sister Wives star Kody Brown and ex-wife Janelle pay off $340,000 for land at Coyote Pass after split

SISTER Wives star Kody Brown and his ex-wife Janelle paid off two parcels of Coyote Pass land for $340,000 after their split in January.
Kody, 54, and his then-wives bought four lots called Coyote Pass in Flagstaff, Arizona for $820,000 in 2018 when the family moved from Las Vegas, Nevada.
The father of 18 children planned to divide the property into five parcels like he and his now three ex-wives meri52, Janelle54, Christine51, and his last standing wife Robyn44, could build houses.
The US Sun can exclusively reveal that Kody and Janelle paid off the property in their name and an additional property in Robyn’s name that was purchased for $170,000 each.
The deed of release and full reassignment obtained by The US Sun for both packages states that the amount owed to Fidelity National Title Agency was “paid in full” on June 2, 2023.
The properties were owed $146,200 to the Fidelity National Title Agency as a $23,800 deposit was paid.


One of the packages purchased on June 25, 2018 was in the names of Janelle and Kody, while the second was in the names of Robyn and Kody.
MARRIAGE ENDED
Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January.
She said on the special, “Kody and I have broken up and I’m happy, really happy.”
“I don’t know, things just got kind of indifferent, like I just don’t care.

CHRISTINE’S NEW BEGINNING
Christine announced her split from Kody a year earlier in November 2021.
She moved to Utah with her 13-year-old daughter, Truely, and announced her engagement to David Woolley in April after just months of dating.
The US Sun previously reported that Christine signed the package to Kody and Robyn on July 28, 2022 on her behalf for $10.
The US Sun has confirmed that no permits have been issued for construction to begin on the property.
Christine expressed her unhappiness in the family sister wivesas Kody spent most of his time at Robyn’s home because she was the only woman following his strict Covid rules.
Christine said in the episode where the women chose their plots: “The best thing I can give today is to just pretend. I don’t want to move to the property, I want to move back to Utah.
“Why would I want to live on the same property with a dysfunctional marriage when he has a fully functioning marriage over there? Who would ever want to live like that?”
Christine said in another episode, “I feel like Kody and Robyn are more important … I agreed to be a sister wife, but I agreed to be an equal wife.”
She told him in a separate scene, “It was heartbreaking for years to be your wife.”
In the final scene, Kody yelled at Christine with the other women around him, “You never tried to have a good relationship with these people and that’s why I’m pissed.”
“Just a stab in the kidney after all these years. Sacrifices I made to love you!”
Kody remains legally married to Robyn.


Meri announced her split from Kody in January.
Kody continues to live in his $890,000 Flagstaff home with Robyn and their five children.
