Sister Wives’ Meri Brown lists $1 million Arizona home for rent and moves into her Utah bed and breakfast

SISTER Wives’ Meri Brown has listed her $1 million Arizona home for rent and has officially settled into her bed and breakfast, The US Sun has exclusively learned.

Four months after splitting from Kody Brown, 52-year-old Meri has made it permanently from Arizona to Utah. This was made possible thanks to her ex, who helped her with her big move.

Over the weekend, the Sister Wives star and family patriarch were seen by fans at a gas station picking up food en route to Utah.

The duo drove a large moving truck, according to a Reddit post, and were then spotted moving furniture and a piano at Meri’s Lizzie’s Heritage Inn.

According to another Reddit post, a camera crew filmed the entire move.

The US Sun has confirmed through a source that Meri has made her living situation at her bed and breakfast permanent after spending a lot of time there in recent months.

“She stopped having anything to do with Arizona.

“She’s moving on. Kody was helpful with her move and supported her decision,” a source shared.

After releasing a statement on social media earlier this year about the “decision to permanently end” their “spiritual” marriage, Meri and Kody, 54, are working to repair their relationship.

“They are working on their friendship,” the source continued.

“They take small steps for the time being. Building their friendship is a step in a positive direction.”

The former couple have one child together, Leon Brown, 27.

This news comes after The US Sun reported that Kody has made very little progress on the construction of Coyote Pass land.

He had promised his ex-wives houses, but until he pays the $820,000 he can’t start construction.

HOUSE FOR RENT

The reality star’s big move comes nearly four years after she started renting her home in Flagstaff.

The US Sun exclusively reported at the time that she began renting the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home for $4,500 a month.

The 4,000 square foot home is located near downtown and is estimated at over $1 million.

It is now available to rent for $5,800 per month. Additionally, utilities can cost as much as $200 per month.

The home comes unfurnished — largely because Meri appears to have brought most of her furniture with her — but has “fabulous family living, and a backyard entertaining and cooking area,” according to the property listing.

The property is also situated on four “beautiful acres of mature grown ponderosa” and is set in a “peaceful natural woodland setting” that offers easy access to hiking trails and nature walks.

Without A Crystal Ball first reported details of Meri’s rent.

YOUR NEW HOME

As TLC fans may recall, Meri’s association with Lizzie’s Heritage Inn was part of her Sister Wives story. The reality star has also hosted LulaRoe retreats here in the past.

According to business records, Meri was listed as a registered agent as of November 2017 – and her address is listed as that of the inn.

She has until November of this year to renew.

The Parowan, Utah B&B has been passed down from generation to generation. It was first built in 1851 and remains a staple in the small town.

Its location attracts tourists as it is close to Zion National Park and Dixie National Forest.

Amenities include a “wraparound porch, patio with gazebo, and ruffled lounge that features a fireplace and piano.”

There are only four specially furnished rooms available: the East Room, the Bee Room, Sarah’s Room and Grandma’s Room.

Rates range from $250 to $300 per night and there is free wireless Internet access, daily breakfast and parking.

In addition, there is also access to the meeting room, gym, garden and picnic area.

FORWARD

In Meri’s January Instagram post, she shared with her followers how she plans to move on after her split from Kody.

“Meanwhile [“divorce”] We are committed to kindness and respect to one another and to all members of our family, and we are also committed to the ongoing healing of all relationships within the family so that we can move forward with forgiveness, grace and love,” her post reads.

Since the other wives – apart from Robyn – left Kody, they’ve all drifted apart. Christine Brown has moved to Utah and now lives in a new $770,000 home with her fiancé, David Woolley.

And Janelle is renting a house in Flagstaff to be close to her kids.

Meri hasn’t communicated as much as Janelle and Christine, despite their strained relationship.

She was reportedly even “taken aback” by Christine and found out about their engagement at the same time as the rest of the world.

But in February, Meri met Janelle’s sons Hunter Brown and Logan Brown in Las Vegas, where she was visiting to celebrate her 52nd birthday.

Fans might be disappointed to learn that Meri will be “hardly appearing” in the next season of Sister Wives.

She only gets “a little introduction,” as The US Sun previously reported.
