The Sister Wives patriarch has been looking for a new wife after three former spouses – Meri, Janelle and Christine Brown – publicly ended their “spiritual” marriages.

A Sister Wives expert, who has multiple sources of production, spilled the tea over Kody’s frantic search for a new spouse, with only his legal wife Robyn remaining in the polygamous family.

“Kody and Robyn have been actively looking for a new wife.

“For about three months they’ve been courting a ‘new potential wife,'” said Pauline Bithell, co-host of Tender Loving Care…? Podcast with Kate Chindlund, The US Sun told.

“They started filming [the courtship] around December, but before that they chatted online and over the phone for about three months.

“They were actively seeking this woman through dating websites, which they allegedly have never done before.”

THE ‘NEW WIFE’

Though the production source couldn’t reveal the woman’s name – as it would be a spoiler for the new season – Pauline was able to provide details on her background and age.

She is said to be in her early 20s.

“[Kody and Robyn] wanted someone fresh, new, not involved in the polygamous lifestyle in America.

“So they wanted to find someone abroad on purpose,” Pauline told The US Sun, adding that the woman is from a South American country.

The production source claimed the three met at a resort in Mexico along with a film crew and producers.

LEFT BY ‘Younger Woman’

After meeting Kody, 54, and Robyn, 44, and spending some time together, the woman reportedly felt “uncomfortable” and “told the production she wanted to go home and stop filming.”

“Apparently my source is telling me that this woman wanted nothing to do with Kody and Robyn,” Pauline said.

“She wanted to get out of the situation pretty much immediately.

“My source said she was very uncomfortable with the whole situation. She said she didn’t like her energy.”

When asked if an epidural was involved in the brief meeting, the source claimed Kody still stands by his values ​​of “no premarital intimacy.”

According to the source, Kody is “absolutely humiliated by all of this and he doesn’t want this to be aired.”

The father of 18 has been “pushing the production not to air the footage being filmed with the potential new wife.”

“A lot of the focus was on this woman, which is why it was so devastating for him.

“He genuinely believed this would be his next wife,” the source claimed.

Pauline shared: “He wants to move on and needs to fill this position very quickly. And I think it’s very much about boosting his ego – his ego has taken a hit.”

She added, “I really think it probably stems from some desperation with Kody because he’s in a situation where his whole life has been turned upside down and he’s trying to rebuild it. He still believes in polygamy.

“And who knows, if I choose a younger wife, it sounds to me like he wants more kids.”

Kody’s emotions are running high and his feelings for this girl were reportedly “very real.”

“He’s in very contentious talks with TLC about the fallout,” Pauline claimed.

Tender care…? The podcast first revealed the news that Kody is looking for a new wife in an episode released last month.

The podcast, known for breaking down popular TV shows, is named after TLC because Pauline, who moved to Los Angeles from England, was a fan of the network and thought TLC stood for “Tender Loving Care.”
