Christine recently announced on social media that she is engaged to David Woolley after just a few months of dating.
The TLC star announced the happy news on Thursday while sharing several sweet photos with David.
She wrote: “We’re engaged! David asked the question VERY romantically and I said YES! I am so excited and just living in bliss every day!”
Christine showed off her stunning diamond engagement ring as she posed with her partner.
She told ‘People’: “David treats me like a queen and tells me every day I’m beautiful.
“I’ve never been in love like this before and the world seems brighter with him.”
The Sister Wives star, who recently took a trip to California with David, added: “I am so excited for the wonderful adventure we are about to embark on for the rest of our lives.”
Christine and David, 59, went public with their relationship on Valentine’s Day, a few months after they met.
The announcement comes just weeks after The US Sun exclusively revealed that Christine is ready to marry David.
A source said: “Christine is hoping that she and David will get married. She is 100 percent ready.”
Meri’s cryptic post
Meri recently shared another cryptic post and has yet to congratulate her fellow sister on the big news.
In the post, Meri shared the words, “It takes grace to remain kind in cruel situations.”
She didn’t give the post any further context, but hours earlier she shared another revealing message about being “vulnerable” and “setting boundaries.”
The post featured an inspirational quote from Brene Brown, which read: “The core of authenticity is the courage to be imperfect and vulnerable and to set boundaries.”
Meri’s ex, Kody, 54, and his wife, Robyn, 44, have also remained silent about the proposal, although a source revealed there could be a reason.
“Kody and the Sister Wives broke the news at the same time as everyone else,” a source told The US Sun.
“I haven’t heard that she left and contacted anyone personally.
“Their children were most likely the only ones who knew in advance.”
The source added, “I don’t see her telling anyone about an announcement before posting anything.
“She’s never been like this. She just doesn’t care. It’s her moment to shine.”

The source also believes Christine’s other former sister-wife, Janelle, 53, who is closest to her, wasn’t even told to visit the mother-of-six in Utah during her recent trip.

The US Sun previously reported that Janelle “doesn’t approve” of the Sister Wives star’s new relationship and feels “disgusted” at how quickly she’s moved on.

Despite this, Janelle acknowledged Christine and David’s engagement by reposting the former’s announcement on her Instagram page.
